Custom-cut glass — returns & refunds

All glass is cut to your exact dimensions and is therefore non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or we have cut it incorrectly.

If your glass arrives damaged or is the wrong size due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glazedblinds.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

If you have entered incorrect dimensions at the time of ordering, we are unable to accept a return, but contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
