Elite Stove Glass is a trading name of Glazed Blinds Ltd (Company Reg: NI710054), based at 27H Annesborough Road, Lurgan, BT67 9JD, Northern Ireland. All orders are dispatched by Glazed Blinds Ltd on behalf of Elite Stove Glass.

Delivery times
All glass is cut fresh to your exact dimensions. Orders are cut and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. Delivery is then typically 1–2 working days via courier, so you can expect your glass within 2–4 working days in total.

Delivery costs
Free delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge which will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged with foam wrap, reinforced card, and corner protectors to ensure your glass arrives safely.

Delivery area
We currently deliver across the UK mainland. If you are based in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or any other remote area and have concerns about delivery, please contact us before ordering at info@glazedblinds.com.

Damaged in transit
If your glass arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glazedblinds.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
